Terms of Service
⤞ By commissioning me, you are agreeing to all my terms.

General Rules
⬩ I reserve the right to decline commissions for any reason.
⬩ The client must be 18 years old or older to commission me.
⬩ All communication must take place via email.
⬩ I retain the right to use the artwork in my portfolio, on my website, and on my social media as reference work.
⬩ I generally ask for 6 weeks time to complete each commission. I will always communicate if there are any unavoidable delays.
⬩ The client may not edit the artwork in any way, except for cropping.
⬩ The client may not remove my watermark/signature.
⬩ The client may not use the artwork for any A.I.-related purposes or NFTs.
⬩ If the commission is not an original character, I may sell prints of it in the future.
Pricing & Payments
⬩ All pricing is in USD
⬩ All base pricing is for personal use only and does not account for commercial licensing.
⬩ Payments are made through PayPal. Pricing does not include the 4% Paypal transaction fee, which will be added to the final quote.
⬩ Payment is due upfront once the concept sketch has been approved.
⬩ Once I send an invoice and payment request, you will have 24 hours to make the payment, or the commission will be declined.
Cancellations & Refunds
⬩ I reserve the right to cancel and issue a refund if I am unable to fulfill the commission.
⬩ The client may request a 50% refund up until I begin the linework. Once I begin lining, no refunds will be issued
⬩ For commissions involving production, the client may cancel and receive a refund for the production cost as long as materials have not yet been ordered.
Copyright & Commercial Licensing
⬩ As the artist, I retain full rights to the artwork.
⬩ I have the right to use the artwork as I wish. If I share it on social media, I will credit the client. I will always consult with the client if the artwork features their original character(s).
⬩ The client may use the artwork for personal use only, unless otherwise agreed upon.
⬩ Please always credit me and do not crop out my watermark.
⬩ If you are interested in commercial use, please let me know—I would be happy to discuss it with you.
⬩ A commercial fee grants the client reproduction and licensing rights, but not the copyright.

Work Process
1. The client must fill out the commission form. Please wait for me to contact you via email to confirm whether I’m accepting or declining the request.2. I will provide the client with a quote, start date, and estimated delivery timeframe based on the completed form and my schedule.3. If the client agrees to the terms, I will begin the commission on the quoted start date by creating a concept sketch based on the information provided in the form. This includes character design, environment design, and composition.4. I will send the sketch to the client for approval. The client may request adjustments. After the sketch is approved, the pose(s) cannot be changed anymore.5. I will create an invoice and payment request via Paypal only. The client will have 24 hours to submit payment, or the commission will be declined.6. Once payment is received, I will begin the linework and add flat colors.7. I will send the client a low-resolution version of the artwork with flat colors (and proposed light rendering, if applicable) for approval via email. The client may request reasonable adjustments. After approval, no major changes can be made.8. I will then send a low-resolution version of the rendered artwork for final approval. The client may request color adjustments at this stage.9. Once approved, I will send the full-resolution artwork to the client via email. If the commission is for stickers, I will place the order and provide a delivery timeframe.

⤞ The client may only request adjustments during the following phases:Sketch Phase: Design, pose, or composition adjustments
Lined Flat Color Phase: Color changes, minor character detail edits, and background adjustments
Rendered Phase: Color adjustments only⤞ Any changes not listed in the original commission form will incur an additional charge.⤞ Illustration canvas size: 8"×10" or 8.5"×11".
